Golden Wuish brings authentic Chinese cuisine to the Financial District, featuring a modern and spacious dining room which allows guests to observe Peking Duck preparations, and granite cocktail bar.
Perfected at our family’s restaurant in Southern China, our Peking Duck recipe has been passed down for generations. Chef Jesper continues the tradition at Golden Wuish by using the same method of preparation by seasoning the duck with a special blend of spices, drying it for 8 hours, then roasting it until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
